Gary wins Mario Acerboni 3rd year running!
It was very exciting to hear that Gary has won the 2011 Mario Acerboni Creative Wedding Photographer of the Year Award (South East) for the third year in a row! The Award – sponsored by Mario Acerboni in association with the MPA and BIPP – is judged on a small porfolio of images from a single wedding (before, during and after the main ceremony). This year Gary’s images were taken from Juliette and Henk’s wedding at Loseley Park in Surrey last March.

Gary wins November Gold Award
We were delighted to learn today that Gary has won another SWPP Gold Award. The image below - from Claire and Andy’s wedding at the Royal Naval College in Greenwich – was successful in the wedding photojournalism category for the November 2010. Every month the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers hold an international competition to celebrate the best in social photography. This winning image will also go forward to the annual competition in January.

Gary wins Mario Acerboni Photographer of the Year (again!)
Gary was delighted to win the 2010 Mario Acerboni Wedding Photographer of the Year (London and Home Counties) for the second successive year. The competition, sponsored by Mario Acerboni, in conjunction with the MPA and BIPP, is judged on 3 images from a single wedding (before, during and after the main ceremony event). Gary’s winning images were taken from Louisa and Ed’s wedding at Clandon Park, Surrey in November 2009. The overall UK winner will be announced at the Master Photographer Awards dinner on 17 October.

Gold Award For August -Syon House Wedding Photography
Gary received another Gold Award from the SWPP for his image of Alexis and Nick’s wedding, taken last month at Syon House. The SWPP hold an international competition each month to celebrate the best in social photography. The image – the only one to win the highest award in the traditional wedding category – will be published in Professional Imagemaker next month.
